Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Produce project estimates during sales process, including total number of development hours required, timeframe, technology to use, etc.
• Attend client meetings/conference calls during the sales process and during development.
• Work with clients to build and or refine features for plugins or online tools.
• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations.
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Technical Skills
Experienced in the following:

• HTML/CSS
• Adobe Photoshop
• PHP
• Javascript
• MySQL
• Templating of Open Source CMS systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and others.
• Flash (basic animation and actionscripting) – not required but highly desirable.
