    At least 2,486 people search for the term “2012″ everyday.
    Interestingly it seems none of the top results have NO advertising on their pages.
    This would be a good property to focus on if it was not time based. After 2012 I don’t believe many people will be searching for this term.

    Whenever I conduct searches through google, (this happens a whole lot in my day) in the back of my mind is always, why are they number 1?
    For example, today I was searching for the term “Agenda” and up came Google Calendar as #1 in the SERP. (Search Engine Results Page)
